You don’t have a limited number of medical reports.
Can I chat/send an appointment request to another doctor of the clinic?
No, you can chat/send an appointment only to the doctor who has invited you.
Will I receive a notification if the doctor shares a report, comments, or accept my appointment request?
Yes, you will receive a notification via e-mail, and another notification on the platform.
Can I change the appointment date/time?
No, once the request has been sent you can’t change the date/time.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account but all your data will be lost forever.
